  • Uploaded Document Content: The text streams, layout coordinates, and tabular records contained within the PDF or CSV files you upload. This data is processed exclusively in volatile random-access memory (RAM) to parse transaction dates, payee descriptions, debit/credit values, and running account balances.
  • Technical Log Data: Like most standard web servers, our infrastructure records standard non-identifying access logs, including client IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referring URLs, request timestamps, and HTTP response codes.   • We do not maintain a database of financial records, account numbers, merchant names, or monetary amounts.
  • Automated server cron routines permanently purge all uploaded files and converted spreadsheets within 30 minutes of generation. Once deleted, files cannot be recovered by our team or any third party.

4. Google AdSense, Advertising & Cookies

StatementPro uses third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense, to support our free document conversion utilities:

  • Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve relevant advertisements based on visits to this and other websites across the internet.
