By accessing and utilizing StatementPro (accessible from https://statementpro.online) and its associated document conversion utilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must refrain from using the website and its services.

2. Description of Service

StatementPro provides web-based software utilities designed to assist users with document formatting and data extraction, specifically converting supported PDF bank statements and financial tables into editable Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) and Comma-Separated Values (.csv) formats. StatementPro is a document utility and is not an accounting firm, bank, credit union, or certified financial advisory service.

3. User Responsibilities & Lawful Use

When utilizing StatementPro, you represent and warrant that:

• You own, have obtained lawful authorization to process, or hold all necessary legal rights to upload and convert the documents submitted to our servers.
• You will not upload documents containing malicious software, viruses, corrupted code, or scripts intended to harm or compromise our infrastructure.
• You will not use automated scrapers, bots, or unauthorized rate-limiting bypass tools that impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our servers.
• You will independently audit all converted output data against your original source documentation prior to utilizing the data for accounting, taxation, auditing, loan underwriting, or legal purposes.

4. System Limits & Fair Usage

StatementPro provides free access subject to reasonable operational capacity limits:

• Maximum file size per document is set at 15 MB.
• Maximum document length per file is set at 100 pages.
• Uploaded files and generated spreadsheets are automatically deleted from server memory within 30 minutes.
• StatementPro reserves the right to rate-limit or restrict access to any IP address or automated client that violates fair usage policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary code, algorithms, interface designs, logos, graphics, and explanatory content displayed on StatementPro are the intellectual property of StatementPro and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain full, unencumbered ownership of all original documents uploaded and spreadsheets generated through the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is" Service)

StatementPro is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. While our parsing algorithms are continuously refined to handle a wide range of bank statement formats, StatementPro does not warrant that conversion output will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every non-standard document layout in existence.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StatementPro and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to bookkeeping discrepancies, tax penalties, loss of profits, data errors, or business interruptions.

8. Revisions to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Continued use of StatementPro following the publication of revised terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified agreement.
